Who We Are

Founded in 2005, ZOMA is an award-winning exhibit design and production firm dedicated to creating meaningful experiences for museums, visitor centers, memorials, and cultural institutions. As a HUB-certified, women-owned business, we combine collaborative thinking, technical expertise, and skilled craftsmanship to transform stories and collections into engaging public experiences.

For more than two decades, ZOMA has partnered with organizations across the United States to plan, design, fabricate, and install exhibits that inspire curiosity, encourage learning, and strengthen connections between people and place. Our work encompasses permanent heritage museum exhibits, visitor centers, military honor programs, memorial installations, interpretive environments, and traveling exhibits.

Our Approach

We believe successful exhibits begin with understanding the people, collections, and communities they serve. By combining thoughtful interpretation, practical design solutions, and collaborative project management, we create experiences that are engaging, authentic, and enduring. Every project is approached with a commitment to balancing your visitors’ experience, preservation requirements, and budget stewardship.

Cost-Effective by Design

ZOMA believes museum-quality exhibits should be achievable within real-world budgets. Our team leverages proven exhibit systems, efficient fabrication techniques, custom finishes, and intelligent customization to maximize project value without compromising quality. This practical approach allows clients to invest resources where they matter most while still achieving dynamic, visitor-friendly, durable experiences.

Going Local First

ZOMA’s Going Local First philosophy emphasizes meaningful community partnerships and regional collaboration. Whenever possible, we work with qualified local suppliers, craftspeople, and veteran-owned businesses to strengthen local economies, reduce transportation impacts, and support your communities!

Trusted Experience

Our project experience includes custom artifact mounts for the world’s largest General George Patton collection, military heritage installations, memorial exhibits, both large and small museum renovations, visitor center development, and collections support projects for nationally significant museum collections and artifacts.

Building Experiences That Matter

Whether developing a new museum, reimagining an existing gallery, or supporting existing collections, ZOMA is committed to helping your organization share stories that educate, inspire, and endure.

We look forward to meeting you!
